“Terry Eaton was the salesman, and we needed to replace our old heat pump. He was friendly, and informative. He explained our options well,and how each one worked. The men that installed the heat pump were friendly, and careful not to step on my flowers next to the heat pump. They were also informative, and did the job in a timely manor. Good job by Mr. Eaton, and the installers.”

“My furnace stopped working recently on a very cold night after hours. I have the diamond plan with Garber. The answering service had a technician call me back right away. His name was Austin. Austin was able to walk me through trying a few things with the unit to see if we could get it started without needing a service technician. He was very detailed in his explanations and easy to follow his instructions. They worked! The unit turned back on and I had no further issues that night. Thanks to Austin for great customer service!”

“Isaac Rassi deserves a raise!!! I called Garber and within 15 minutes he arrives and immediately starts to try to diagnose the issue with our furnace. He found the issue within 15 minutes and explained to us exactly what the issue was and what the price was going to be. After he quickly fixed the issue he then explained everything in detail of what he did and gave us recommendations on future use. He was very polite and knowledgeable. “Holy cow this carrier 6 ton geothermal is so much better than our geocomfort!
Garber installed a new carrier when our geocomfort went out after 11 years. Im looking forward to a geo with a LONGER lifespan than geocomfort. But the big thing is this is soooo quiet. With our old geocomfort the lights would dim a hair and you could hear it kick on throughout the house, like being next to a large window AC unit.

The New Carrier system Garber installed is amazing. The compressor is silent, the only thing you notice is warmth. Its awesome!”

Since I had no heat in December, Garber sent someone the same day I inquired about service. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was so impressed by the technician I inquired about a Spring maintenance visit for my air conditioner. “I called Garber to replace two existing Carrier and Aprilaire controllers with a single programmable unit. Molly was very pleasant and prompt in submitting a proposal and scheduling the install. Jake offered to come earlier than the appointment time, which I appreciated. Though we were told it might not be possible (depending on the configuration of the two existing units), Jake was able to replace both with a single Ecobee thermostat. He was prompt, thorough and stayed to set up and program the unit. Though not totally necessary (but a nice plus), Jake was very personable and left the job site neat and clean. Very pleased with Garber staff and the Ecobee.”

“I have used Garber on and off since 1986 and have always had all the likes I’ve posted above. Their prices are competitive and the work has always been prompt and responsive. We are in the middle of a heat wave and my 1986 Carrier AC developed problems this last weekend. I limped along with it. After talking with them this Monday morning, I had a quote that afternoon. I accepted it on Tuesday morning, scheduled installation of a new Carrier AC for Thursday. The installation has just been completed, and I’m sitting here a very happy guy.”

If installation was an Olympic event, your three man installation team would get all tens, and each would receive a gold medal. The owner came here to go over options on Sunday, ordered new unit and sent crew to install on Monday. They also provided a temporary portable unit.
